The key component of the Synergy's Growth is the work on Research & Development. Being a technology enterprise company, R & D is the lifeblood of Synergy. We research all aspects of our products from raw materials & production methods to new applications ensuring continuous customer satisfaction through consistent quality, timely delivery and high level of service. Synergy invests considerable time & money in research & development. Most of our staff consists of chemists & chemical engineers. Synergy's R&D staff continuously work on process technology and developing new processes & making improvements in the existing ones so as to ensure that all plants operate efficiently, safely and in compliance with the environmental standards.At times, Synergy has taken help of most advanced laboratories of Indian Institutions to evaluate & ensure that the top grade quality of additives are being manufactured.
Many of our products coming out of research laboratory pass through the doors of the pilot plant. Our pilot plant is an operating facility at our own R&D center where a number of engineers & operators work for developing new technologies, creating design information for manufacturing processes, assisting plants in developing safe operating parameters and preparing samples for customers for continuous product research. Though the staff & process equipments are small in number, the technical challenge & responsibilities are not less than those of any big chemical plant.
